Moving employees from one location to another, whether permanently, temporarily or regularly, represents a significant FBT opportunity and risk for employers.
The FBT law broadly supports mobility with a number of key concessions and exemptions. Many employers are not fully aware of the FBT “upside” with relocations and mobility.
